We Continue on the Fun!

We had another great week of tons of fun!!! Samuel had a tennis camp that he really enjoyed all week and Merideth went to VBS at Marc's parent's church for the week. We got to spend some great time with Heather and Cory too!

It has been super hot here!!! We had a little fun at a spray park in downtown OKC after getting some frozen yogurt.

Grandpa and Grandma took us all to the circus, it was great fun!

Samuel and his tennis coach for the week, Coach Mark. He learned a lot and really enjoyed himself. We see more tennis in his future!

Swimming at the neighbors is a must in this heat!

Another Week of Fun!

We had a great week, Samuel at a Thunder basketball camp, Merideth and Erin hanging out with friends, and Heather and Cory here for a visit!

Merideth, Maggie, and Channing got to go to the Little Mermaid put on by the Oklahoma Children's Theater.

So, Samuel taught Merideth some good basketball skills one day and he had big plans to teach her to markings on the court the next day. So she had her outfit set out and ready and got dressed right away in the morning. She loves Samuel's attention and is willing to learn basketball in order to get it!

Samuel had a great week at basketball camp. Two of his friends from school were there, Jaden and Mason.

Happy Father's Day!!! Here is four generations of Taylor men (Cory, Larry, Grampy, Marc, & Samuel)! Everyone came to our church for worship then we went to Larry and Linda's for lunch. It was a great day and wonderful to be with Marc's dad and grandad.

Merideth and Samuel had to make Marc breakfast in bed even though Marc doesn't really eat breakfast and would much rather sleep in, but we did it anyway!

VBS and more this week!

We had a busy week with VBS each morning until noon then off to swim with friends most afternoons and other fun stuff you can see below:

Lemonade stand for Change4Change; a mission project that the kids brought change for each day to VBS. The stand brought in $11.50! And the entire VBS raised $10,000 which bought 10 motorcycles for pastors in India who can now travel to tell more people about Jesus!

Here is a picture of the closing ceremony of VBS, over 1200 kids!!!! Samuel stood up and read scripture in front of them all, we were very proud and he had fun!

On Saturday Samuel was in a Corporate Challenge on Team Thunder. They did five different events which qualified them for a Presidental Fitness Award.

The Start of Summer Fun!!

Our first week of summer; golf camp for Samuel, swimming, a little hike, swimming, friends over to play, swimming, our first friend sleep over, cupcake decorating, breakfast for dinner...

Martin Nature Park is one of those spots that really doesn't make you feel like you are in OK. It is nice and wooded with some water running through it. It is a great place to explore!

Our friends, the Smiths, lead us to Stillwater; first the guys to a golf tournament then the girls followed and met at the famous Eskimo Joe's, it was delicious!! We got our first OK china...Eskimo Joe's plastic cups!
