Clay Bennett, the Sonics primary owner, was on the stand yesterday and today. Not much seemed to come out of it. He admits to not knowing all there was to know about the politics of Seattle and honestly believed an arena deal would surface.
Sounds like Clay went to court today with a pretty big circle of security around him. Poor guy, fulfill a dream of buying an NBA team and now he can't be seen in Seattle without bodyguards!
