There isn't much more fun than a great park and wonderful friends! (sounds cheesy, but it is what we love to do!)

There is something about standing in beach grass as tall as yourself that gets kids all excited!Waiting for the train to pass under us.

"I have the new Squatch Highlight video, do you wanna watch it," Samuel asked Annie and Jonah when they were over for a BBQ.

Celebrating Ella's 4th birthday at a gymnastics place. The foam pit was a favorite.

Seattle vs. Sonics Day #2 & #3

Clay Bennett, the Sonics primary owner, was on the stand yesterday and today. Not much seemed to come out of it. He admits to not knowing all there was to know about the politics of Seattle and honestly believed an arena deal would surface.
Sounds like Clay went to court today with a pretty big circle of security around him. Poor guy, fulfill a dream of buying an NBA team and now he can't be seen in Seattle without bodyguards!

Even rocks need love!

Two women chuckled at Merideth while she was caring for a couple of rocks while we were eating dinner tonight at Slices. She was kissing them and finding very nice buckets and play buses to put them to sleep in. She is our little mama.

Here the rocks are a birthday cake that she is sharing with Marc, not sure whose birthday it was.

Seattle vs. Sonics Day #1

-A deal is a deal, and the SuperSonics should stay, a Seattle lawyer...
-"These are all sophisticated businessmen who know what it means to sign and assume a contract," he said. "They can afford the losses they knew were coming."
-forcing the Sonics to finish the lease would give two more years for a new deal to come around

- loose $65 million in two years in Seattle or make $18 million in one year in OK!?
-"Like many relationships do, this relationship broke down," (sad)
-Key Arena is the worst in the league
-real intent for the lawsuit is to force the ownership to sell to a local group???

*After putting Merideth to bed I found Samuel going through his shopping bag of shirts that he has been toting around the house for a good week or so looking very sad. I said, "Hey bud, what's up?" He said, "I am sad that you put Merideth to bed, I want to play with my sister to make sure she knows I love her."*While trying to encourage Samuel to use the "white" potty as opposed to the small "red" potty he says, "mom when my bottom is big like yours (hands to the sides of my hips) I will use the white potty."
